Abstract. Increasing the output of jet fuel is an important aspect of increasing the marginality of production at a modern refinery. The introduction of new refining processes requires high monetary and time costs, so it is necessary to take a fresh look at well-studied processes. In this work, based on an in-depth study of the dependence of the physico-chemical properties of narrow fractions of kerosene of various origins on their structural group composition, the possibility of increasing the selection of TS-1 jet fuel to 20% by weight for oil due to the expansion of the fractional composition of hydrocracking kerosene (HA) and straight-run kerosene (PG) is shown. At the same time, for these components, a number of values of indicators provided for by GOST go beyond the required ones. When the composition of kerosene HA and PG is mixed, there is mutual compensation for the insufficient properties of kerosene HA (lower heat of combustion, height of non-smoking flame, aromatics content) and PG (crystallization onset temperature, sometimes total sulfur). Thus, we can talk about the synergistic effect of mixing kerosene of various origins, which allows us to significantly increase the production of TS-1 jet fuel. The result of the work on increasing the yield of jet fuels can be used at existing oil refineries.
