Abstract. The article presents the possibility of producing basic emulsion mixtures from tars and petroleum bitumen of various consistencies using laboratory pilot mixers with high shear force model AX5. The resulting emulsion mixtures were tested according to GOST 31740-2012, GOST R 58952.9; GOST R 58952.11. A non-linear dependence of the consistency of oil samples on the separation time of the resulting emulsions was revealed. It has been shown that the use of emulsion sieves of various designs makes it possible to obtain emulsions with different storage times under both static and dynamic conditions.
